7-Day Return Guarantee

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of receiving their order if:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The watch is not functioning properly.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, and any included items must be returned.
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds may not be approved if:

  • The watch has been damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • The product has been altered or repaired by an unauthorized party.
  • The return request is submitted after the 7-day return period.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.
  • Cash on Delivery orders may be refunded through bank transfer or another agreed method.

Replacement Policy

If the item is defective or damaged, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, WaldPK will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may apply.
